In March 2004 a 900m² bulk fertiliser store was opened. This is leased to Ballance Agri-Nutrients and operated on their behalf under a Management Contract. The facility includes a thirty-tonne weighbridge, eight bulk storage bays and a bagging hopper. A separate bagged product store was completed in April 2005 providing increased storage capacity.

Products supplied include a full range of manufactured fertilisers, high analysis fertilisers and n-rich urea as well as special mixes including trace elements.

This facility has been well received by both the farming and groundspreading communities.
